Universal Luggage Found picks up lost or misplaced luggage from airports and delivers them to the owner through contracts we have in place with major airlines and numerous airports.

In 1988, Richard Altomare became trustee for Packaging Plus Services, a bankrupt public company in the private postal industry that was a franchisor for private postal stores. He reduced its debt, renamed it, and refocused it’s main business to providing the private postal industry with revenue generating programs and products. 17 years later Universal Express continues to grow it’s postal association and it’s other created and acquired businesses.

Universal Express’ vision has always been that of supporting private postal stores. Along the way, we have increased our vision by providing stress free travel and at the same time fighting to make air travel safer by separating travelers from luggage to decrease the possibility of terrorism in the air. We’ve also worked on increasing our general exposure and revenue by offering a multitude of gift cards and prepaid solutions to the general public through kiosks and gift card programs set up throughout the United States in various high profile retail centers. Our vision never changes, it is merely to increase revenue, profits and shareholder equity by increasing our exposure through new and innovative solutions. Our Private Postal Industry is unique and has no sizeable competition to speak of. 1983. Originally, Universal Express, Inc. was called Packaging Plus Services (OTCBB:PKGP). Richard Altomare took this company out of bankruptcy and changed its name in 1997 to Universal Express, Inc.

Currently, in our Boca Raton office we employ 40. Our Miami Transportation and Logistics office employees approximately 20. We also have offices in NY, Our need for new employees is constant due to the increasing size of each of our divisions, as well as the ever changing transportation and logistics environment.

Universal Express has ongoing TV, Radio, Newspaper and Internet advertising campaigns. Each divisions is unique and is advertised, marketed and promoted to its targeted audience. Some require more or less of one of the above forms of advertising. Much of our promotion comes in the form of partnerships with like minded and synergistic companies.

Sports advertising. Universal Express has formed promotional and advertising partnerships in a variety of sports industries. We sponsor a Grand Am race team, Luggage Express race team through Sigalsport, sponsoring its number 5 Rolex Series DP race car. We also advertise with teams such as the Florida Panthers, NY Rangers, NY Knicks, NJ Nets, NY Mets, the National Hockey League and Major League Soccer. This form of Advertising helps the branding of our names as each event can be seen by upwards of 2 million people.

Naked shorting is the electronic churning of the Company’s shares through “uncovered” sales of shares borrowed many times, resulting in the issuance by the shorters of many millions of “counterfeit” shares. The Company has been naked shorted since 1997, at least.

Universal Express stated repeatedly that the naked short selling judgments are substantially collectable. Whether it be the defendants, their bankers, their insurance companies or any regulatory agency that participated in the naked short selling scheme that has damaged and continues to weaken the core of American Industry – the developing and newly formed companies with new ideas and employee hiring's; Universal Express will prosecute with intensity to accomplish collection for our shareholders.

Universal Express sued the SEC in Florida (Click here for memo of opposition). The SEC has attempted, in our opinion, to silence the messengers on the naked short selling issues. To-date, Universal Express and its officers remain optimistic and confident as to the progress and resolution of all matters.

Universal Express has paid dividends 4 times in previous years.

Universal Express is working with congress to help increase air travel, as well as national security through it’s subsidiary Luggage Express. To take Luggage out of the equation for Airports and to separate passengers from their suitcases which will create stress free travel and decrease lost luggage claims, along with helping to provide safer air travel for business people and vacationers alike.

It has always been our goal to move to a more regulated exchange that consists of a specialist and eliminates naked short selling from the capitalization formula.
